On Tuesday, 9 December 2025, Year 10 pupils took part in a meeting organised to mark the 120th anniversary of the 1905 law separating Church and State, led by their French teacher, Mr Durand.
After a review of the history and foundations of the secular Republic, the students exchanged their views on the evolution of the principle of secularism in the 21st century.
They then wrote down the words that, in their opinion, best represent this principle, before immortalising the moment in front of our school’s plaque.
