This week, Year 5 and Year 6 pupils took part in the final of the ‘Les Petits Champions de la Lecture’ competition at the LFIH.
The six finalists presented a three-minute excerpt from their favourite book to the jury, showcasing their talent, expressiveness and enjoyment of reading.
After several months of intensive preparation with their teachers, the pupils delivered outstanding performances. The final was also an interactive event, where not only did the jury give their feedback, but classmates also assessed the performances using clear criteria, demonstrating excellent critical thinking skills.
