Every Monday morning, our class is filled with excitement! We rush to the yellow postbox. Inside, there is always a very special letter: one from Captain Archibald Moustache, a moustachioed explorer who travels all over the world and writes to us to tell us about his adventures.
So far, he has been to Egypt (where he saw pyramids and mummies!), Madagascar (with its funny lemurs and giant baobab trees), and Ireland (where he danced with leprechauns and tasted potato bread).
Every week, the captain takes us on a journey without leaving our school. We can’t wait to find out where he’ll be next week… Maybe South Africa? Or Australia with the kangaroos?
Thank you, Captain Archibald Moustache, you are our Monday hero!
