Lunch break arrangements and meal options

Dear parents,

Please take a moment to familiarise yourselves with how the school’s lunchtime break works.

Arrangements for the lunch break

Opening hours

Monday to Thursday

Fridays (AES only)

11h30 – 12h30 (TPS, PS, MS, GS)

Elementary

11h30 – 12h30 (CP, CE1, CE2)

School meal options:

  • The caterer has been providing meals for pupils and staff since 2017. The meals, consisting of a starter, a hot main course and a dessert, are delivered to each school and served at the table by the lunchtime supervisors.
    To register, please complete the attached form. Payment should be made to the caterer via the school office.

All meals are kept in the kitchen fridge. A member of staff distributes the lunch boxes to the pupils during mealtimes. Meals can be reheated in the microwave if this is indicated on the lunch box.

We ask families to help us by following these guidelines:

Write your child’s surname, first name and class on the lunch box and the bag containing it.
Show and explain the contents of the bag and the lunchbox to your child so that they can recognise them at lunchtime.
Separate the snack from the lunchbox beforehand.

The school secretary will collect the lunchboxes in the morning when the pupils arrive and place them in the fridges.

  • Parents are responsible for their child’s meals. Pick-up and drop-off times must be adhered to for the pupil’s well-being.

    Families are free to choose their option from Monday to Thursday. All enrolments are valid for the entire term. For families who have chosen options 1 or 2, a supervision fee will be included in the payment for the first term of schooling.
