Challenge “Calculatrice à la mer” (Calculator to the Sea),

During Math Week, students from 4th and 5th grade at the International French School of Havana (LFIH) took part in the international challenge “Calculatrice à la mer” (Calculator to the Sea), organized by the French School of Sydney.

This initiative connects students across the global network of French schools abroad and encourages the development of logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration from an early age.

Being part of this international educational network allows our students to engage in shared academic experiences with peers around the world from a very early age, effectively broadening their horizons to unique experiences.

Projects like this highlight what makes the LFIH unique for international families in Cuba: a rigurous multilingual education connected to a diverse global community.
