New pupils – Lycée Français de La Havane "Alejo Carpentier"

FIRST REGISTRATION

Dear parents,

We are delighted by your interest in our school and look forward to welcoming you and your children to the Lycée Français International de La Havane.

Enrolment is open throughout the school year and can be completed online via the Eduka platform.

To confirm your children’s initial enrolment, please follow the steps below in the order indicated:

Once the form has been completed, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt confirming that your application has been submitted.

Paying the initial registration fee
A deposit of €1,000 per student must be paid at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the initial registration fee.

Children are admitted from the age of two and a half and must be toilet-trained to join the Petite or Toute Petite Section of the nursery school.
Knowledge of French is not compulsory. However, the language of instruction is French. French as a Foreign Language lessons are offered to pupils who do not have a command of the language from Year 1 onwards. Many non-French-speaking pupils have thus acquired a remarkable command of the French language during their time at school.
All new enrolments are subject to the Headteacher’s approval; once the necessary paperwork has been submitted, an appointment is arranged with the parents and the child.
No enrolment will be confirmed without prior payment of the enrolment fee.
