The French Embassy in Havana announces that the second scholarship campaign for 2025/2026 is now open.
Applicants may submit their applications until:
This campaign concerns:
1. Initial applications submitted by families residing in the consular district after the deadline for submitting applications for the first consular scholarship committee (CCB1),
2. Applications deferred by the AEFE after review by the first National Scholarship Committee,
3. Requests for review submitted by families whose financial situation has significantly deteriorated since the CCB1.
Applicants must submit their complete application and confirm their appointment request by email:

Depending on the income of French families, the French government provides financial assistance to guarantee their child’s education from the age of 3 through to the end of secondary school.
Families are informed of the rules governing the award of school grants. Applications can be collected from the school secretary’s office or the Consulate from 1 February of each calendar year. Completed applications must then be returned to the French Consulate before the specified deadline. The results of the scholarship committee are sent directly to the parents by the Consulate.
