The courtyard of the LIFH Alejo Carpentier in Havana was filled with an atmosphere that was both solemn and warm during the graduation ceremony. Pupils, teachers and families had gathered to celebrate an important milestone in the academic journey of the Year 10 pupils: the award of the Secondary School Certificate.<\/p>

In her speech, the headteacher highlighted the pupils\u2019 hard work and their perseverance in the face of challenges, as well as the vital role played by teachers and parents in this collective achievement. Her words, full of emotion and encouragement, touched the entire assembly.<\/p>

Then came the long-awaited moment: the official presentation of the certificates. One by one, the pupils were called forward, stepping up with a mixture of nerves and pride. As they received their Brevet des coll\u00e8ges from the headteacher, each one reflected on the journey they had undertaken. The warm applause that accompanied each name was a testament to the shared gratitude and joy.<\/p>

More than just the presentation of an official document, this ceremony marked a symbolic transition to a new stage in their education. It also highlighted the importance of commitment, rigour and intellectual curiosity \u2013 values upheld by the school.<\/p>

The ceremony drew to a close in a warm and friendly atmosphere, filled with conversation, smiles and souvenir photos.
