Rencontre exceptionnelle avec Ernest Pignon-Ernest au LFIH\u00a0!

<\/p>

La journ\u00e9e d’hier, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 4\u00e8me \u00e0 Terminale du Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International de La Havane ont eu l\u2019honneur d\u2019accueillir Ernest Pignon-Ernest, figure embl\u00e9matique de l\u2019art urbain contemporain. Sa visite s\u2019inscrivait dans le cadre de sa participation \u00e0 la Biennale de La Havane, o\u00f9 il rend hommage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crivain cubain Alejo Carpentier, dont notre \u00e9cole porte fi\u00e8rement le nom.
Sources d\u2019inspiration et engagement :
Lors de cet \u00e9change, l\u2019artiste a partag\u00e9 son univers, marqu\u00e9 par la po\u00e9sie de Rimbaud, Neruda et Darwich, ainsi que par l\u2019influence de Pasolini et du Caravage. Engag\u00e9 dans des causes sociales, il a notamment collabor\u00e9 avec Nelson Mandela pour sensibiliser au SIDA en Afrique du Sud, tout en r\u00e9alisant des \u0153uvres m\u00e9morables en France sur la m\u00e9moire historique et les luttes sociales.

\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de cette Biennale, son travail c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les 50 ans du roman Concert Baroque et le centenaire de la naissance de Carpentier. Sa fresque, install\u00e9e sur la Place d\u2019Armes, relie litt\u00e9rature, musique et art dans un hommage vibrant \u00e0 l\u2019histoire cubaine.

Un message inspirant :
Issu d\u2019un milieu modeste, Ernest a racont\u00e9 comment sa rencontre avec l\u2019\u0153uvre de Picasso a chang\u00e9 sa vie. Il a rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves que \u00ab la grandeur d\u2019une \u0153uvre ne se mesure pas \u00e0 sa dur\u00e9e, mais \u00e0 son impact. \u00bb
